This weekend we wanted to enjoy a cool, relaxing break from the Phoenix heat and head up north to Flagstaff. Instead, the suspected colds we were both fighting turned into full blown colds and our weekend plans were ruined. 🙁 We had to adapt our plans to the situation and still stayed our two nights, mostly relaxing in a hotel the second night. Another reason we stayed up North was because we didn’t want to drive 2 hours down mountain highways with colds – not safe!
